Known to Basques as Euskadi or Euskal Herria (‘the land of Basque Speakers’) and called El Pais Vasco in Spanish, this is where mountain peaks reach for the sky and dreams are made out of sublime pintxos. A trip filled with ocean swims, culture and evening strolls from one pixto bar to another. As a coffee lover, finding a good coffee bar in the region seemed not an easy task at first. So when I came across Sakona Coffee Roasters in Donostia, San Sebastian, I instantly knew I’ve found a place to treasure. A daydream came across of me living here someday. Though the pintxos, the sun and the sea would also have it’s parts in this daydream, I guess.
